NESN Next Producer
The television series showcased New England college filmmakers, their vision and their stories. Part Shark Tank, part America’s Got Talent, students created short sports films with the hope of winning $20,000 and a job opportunity at NESN. Kieran was selected as a finalist for season 1 of the Original NESN Entertainment Series. Viewers watch as the top student filmmakers get unprecedented access to two legendary Hollywood producers — television Hall of Famer and Red Sox Chairman Tom Werner and renowned co-creator/executive producer Brad Falchuk (Glee, American Horror Story, etc.). Werner and Falchuk coached the finalists to improve their films and pick the winner. Kieran's film 'The Rise of Johnny Hockey' was named a winner and led to his employment at the sports network. While working at NESN Kieran joined the production team of 'NESN NEXT' as a Field Producer working hand in hand with contestants on the show.
